I attempted to ink this but could only find a broken tip .005 pen. I really need to clean all the car stuff off of my drawing desk. Anyways, if someone feels like coloring this have at it.

I'm more of an inker than a colorist myself, but... what's going on here? is this a reference I should get, or is it just a portrait of a random homicidal car?
Oh wait... is it the new Google driverless car?
